Qur’anic Supplications
“رَبَّنَا أَفْرِغْ عَلَيْنَا صَبْرًا وَثَبِّتْ أَقْدَامَنَا وَانصُرْنَا عَلَى الْقَوْمِ الْكَافِرِينَ”
“Our Lord, pour upon us patience and plant firmly our feet and give us victory over the disbelieving people.”

“رَبِّ اشْرَحْ لِي صَدْرِي وَيَسِّرْ لِي أَمْرِي”
“My Lord, expand for me my breast [with assurance] and ease for me my task.”

“رَبِّ أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ هَمَزَاتِ الشَّيَاطِينِ وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ رَبِّ أَنْ يَحْضُرُونِ”
“My Lord, I seek refuge in You from the incitements of the devils, and I seek refuge in You, my Lord, lest they be present with me.”

“رَبَّنَا لَا تُؤَاخِذْنَا إِن نَّسِينَا أَوْ أَخْطَأْنَا”
“Our Lord, do not impose blame upon us if we have forgotten or erred.”

“My Lord, increase me in knowledge.”

Prophetic Supplications
“اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْهَمِّ وَالْحَزَنِ، وَالْعَجْزِ وَالْكَسَلِ، وَالْبُخْلِ وَالْجُبْنِ، وَضَلَعِ الدَّيْنِ وَغَلَبَةِ الرِّجَالِ”
“O Allah, I seek refuge in You from grief and sadness, from weakness and laziness, from miserliness and cowardice, from being overcome by debt and overpowered by men.”

“اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ عِلْمًا نَافِعًا، وَرِزْقًا طَيِّبًا، وَعَمَلًا مُتَقَبَّلًا”
“O Allah, I ask You for beneficial knowledge, good provision, and accepted deeds.”

“اللَّهُمَّ أَصْلِحْ لِي دِينِيَ الَّذِي هُوَ عِصْمَةُ أَمْرِي، وَأَصْلِحْ لِي دُنْيَايَ الَّتِي فِيهَا مَعَاشِي، وَأَصْلِحْ لِي آخِرَتِي الَّتِي فِيهَا مَعَادِي”
“O Allah, set right for me my religion which is the safeguard of my affairs. And set right for me the affairs of my world wherein is my living. And set right for me my Hereafter to which is my return.”

“اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ الْهُدَى وَالتُّقَى وَالْعَفَافَ وَالْغِنَى”
“O Allah, I ask You for guidance, piety, chastity and self-sufficiency.”

“اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي، وَارْحَمْنِي، وَاهْدِنِي، وَعَافِنِي، وَارْزُقْنِي”
“O Allah, forgive me, have mercy on me, guide me, grant me health and give me sustenance.”

Hadith About Supplication
“The Prophet (ﷺ) said: ‘The supplication of every one of you will be granted if he does not get impatient and say: I supplicated my Lord but my prayer has not been granted.'”

“The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: ‘There is no Muslim who calls upon Allah with a supplication in which there is no sin or severing of family ties, but Allah will give him one of three things: either He will answer his supplication quickly, or He will store it up for him in the Hereafter, or He will divert an equivalent evil from him.'”

“The Prophet (ﷺ) said: ‘When one of you supplicates, let him be decisive, and let him not say: O Allah, if You will, give me, for there is none who can compel Allah.'”
